Liliya Dorozhovets is CapitaLand Investment’s Head, Portfolio Management Europe, and is based in London.
 

Liliya has more than 17 years of experience in the UK, German, Italian, Portuguese, Hungarian, French and CEE real estate markets across residential, office, retail and logistics assets. Her previous companies include Seaforthland Holdings, AIG Asset Management, Curzon Advisers, JP Morgan, Lehman Brothers, FINEXT, ING GROUP and PwC.
 

Liliya is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCCA), CFA Charter, has a Master of Business Administration in Finance. She is fluent in English, German and Polish and has a good command of French and Dutch.

Graham Foster oversees CapitaLand Investment’s finance team in Europe, responsible for all finance, tax, treasury, and reporting matters.
 

Graham comes with more than 20 years of experience. He has managed the financial aspects of Pan-European funds, JVs, and investments, including operations, accounting, tax, reporting and covering different jurisdictions such as UK, France, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany & Greece. He has previously worked at AEW, Brockton Capital, MGPA (now Blackrock) and Ernst & Young.

Stuart Jarvis is CapitaLand Investment’s Director, Investment & Asset Management for Europe and is based in London.
 

Stuart brings 18 years of investment, asset management and restructuring experience across European logistics, offices, retail, student housing and data centers from his roles based in the UK, Middle East and Asia. He has also delivered bond issuance, IPO, portfolio optimisation and renewable energy strategies. He now leads the origination, analysis and execution of investment and development opportunities for CapitaLand in Europe.
 

Stuart holds a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Arabic and a Master’s degree in Islamic Political Economy from the University of Durham as well as a Master’s of Business Administration from London Business School.

Graeme Creasey is Deputy Head, Europe Data Centre Operations at CapitaLand Investment (CLI). He is responsible for managing CLI’s data centre portfolio and operational capability across Europe.
 

Before joining CLI, Graeme was Operations Director at Global Switch and Interxion. He was also the Chief Technology Officer at Bluechip.
 

Graeme has more than 28 years of experience in the data centre sector, delivering over 15 gigawatts of technical space. He has also been working with reputable technology and banking companies on site selection, sustainability in design and procurement, overseeing construction, commissioning and handover to operations of data centres.
