Angelo is responsible for driving the growth of CapitaLand Investment (CLI) Australia’s business including real estate private equity and credit funds. He manages CLI’s more than A$9 billion (about S$8 billion) of assets under management across its diversified portfolio in Australia.

Angelo has over 25 years of experience in real estate funds management, corporate finance and law. Prior to joining CLI, Angelo was the Head of Real Estate Private Capital at Barrenjoey Capital Partners. Prior to that, he was the Head of Asia Pacific Real Estate and Co-Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Credit Suisse Australia. Angelo has had a distinguished career in real estate financing and advisory across Asia Pacific, with extensive experience in real estate equity and debt opportunities, for both institutional and private wealth investors.

Rahul is responsible for driving the growth of CapitaLand Investment (CLI) Australia’s real estate private equity and credit business. He also leads CLI's lodging and living private funds business. 

Before joining CLI, Rahul was Partner, Real Estate Private Capital at Barrenjoey Capital Partners. In other roles, he was also Managing Director, Head of Real Estate Coverage at Credit Suisse Australia and Chief Investment Officer at living sector-focused platform, Gurner Group. He has originated, structured and executed multiple real estate deals across varied sectors.

Paul oversees CapitaLand Investment's (CLI) commercial property platform in Australia and is responsible for the strategy, execution & growth of the business, including managing mandates for CLI's listed and unlisted property vehicles as well as balance sheet investments.

Paul has more than 30 years' experience in the real estate and funds management industry including investment across Europe and North America and has been involved in real estate transactions exceeding $15 billion. Under Paul’s leadership, Australian commercial AUM has grown from A$1.2 billion in 2017 to A$3.9 billion, with CLI Australia currently managing over 50 office, logistics and hospitality assets and is committed to expanding its business operations in Australia.

Nick is responsible for driving growth, strategy and the direction of Wingate as well as building and enhancing its relationships with investors and borrowers.

Nick has more than 35 years of financial services industry experience. He has an extensive track record in alternative credit and his expertise spans the full range of real estate capital and advisory solutions.

Prior to joining Wingate in 2021, Nick was the Founder and Managing Director of CapStra, a leading independent Australian commercial real estate financier and advisory firm. He has also significant international experience with leading global investment banks across Australia and Europe including as Head of Investment Banking Services at Goldman Sachs Australia and Head of European Real Estate Investment Banking at Citigroup.

David leads CapitaLand Investment's (CLI) wholly owned lodging business unit The Ascott Limited's (Ascott) business, operations, and growth in Australasia. He also holds the global leadership of business format franchise brand, Quest Apartment Hotels, which comprises over 170 properties in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining Ascott, David served in various senior corporate and strategic management positions across Asia, the Middle East and the Pacific. 

With over 35 years of experience in hospitality and asset management, he held senior leadership roles with InterContinental Hotels Group and Hyatt International where he gained extensive knowledge in hotel and resort operations. He is also currently the Chair for Accommodation Australia, and an Advisory Board member for Tourism and Transport Forum Australia.
