Since entering South Korea in 2002, CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI), a global real asset manager with a strong Asia foothold, has grown its diversified real estate portfolio to comprise offices, logistics facilities, lodging properties and data centres in the market.
As at 30 June 2024, CLI has S$134 billion of assets under management, as well as S$100 billion of funds under management globally, held via six listed real estate investment trusts and business trusts and a suite of private real asset vehicles that invest in thematic and tactical strategies. Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres. Our team of investment and asset management professionals are supported by our operations team worldwide. This dedicated global network provides the personal touch that has become the hallmark of our company.
CapitaLand Investment Management Korea (CLIMK) is CLI’s real asset management arm in South Korea. CLIMK obtained its asset management license in 2009, making it the first foreign real asset management company in the country.
