The CapitaLand Investment 2030 Sustainability Master Plan (SMP) outlines elevated environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals, incorporating our commitment to achieving Net Zero carbon emissions for scope 1 and 2 by 2050. It also includes new social targets focused on social impact, human capital development, employee wellness, and customer and supplier partnerships, as well as an increased focus on governance. The SMP serves as a strategic blueprint that guides us to build a resilient and resource-efficient real estate portfolio, enable thriving and future adaptive communities, and steward responsible business conduct and governance. We will continue to adopt innovation and collaborate with various stakeholders to create a positive impact on the environment and communities.
