Manohar is the Senior Executive Director at CLI, where he assists the Group CEO in strategic projects and groupwide initiatives, as well as the India, business/industrial park, and data centre businesses. He is concurrently Chairman of the Data Centre business and CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT) and oversees the Group Centre of Excellence for Customer Solutions and Innovation.

Prior to joining CapitaLand, Manohar was the Deputy Group CEO of Ascendas-Singbridge, which merged with CapitaLand in 2019. Before joining Ascendas in 2013, he was the CEO of JTC Corporation, the Singapore government’s lead agency for planning, promoting and developing industrial infrastructure and facilities. Prior to that, Manohar had a long career with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and was its Deputy Managing Director. While at EDB, he played a key role in the development of several sectors of Singapore’s economy and led EDB’s operations in the Americas and Europe.

Concurrent with his CapitaLand responsibilities, Manohar is a Special Advisor to the Chairman of the EDB.

Manohar was heavily involved in the development of the data centre industry in Singapore during his time with JTC and has also played a key role in the development of CapitaLand’s data centre business since its start.

Manohar holds a Master's in Naval Architecture from the University of Hamburg, Germany. He has also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Kenny is Managing Director, Global Data Centre at CapitaLand Investment (CLI). He oversees the development and execution of CLI’s global strategy for its data centre business in close collaboration with CLI’s country and fund teams.

In his role, Kenny is responsible for identifying growth opportunities for CLI’s data centre business, optimising performance, implementing industry-leading best practices, and cultivating relationships with top-tier customers. Kenny has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry.

Prior to CLI, Kenny held several leadership roles in companies such as Digital Halo, ESR Singapore and Keppel Data Centres.

Kenny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computing Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore.

Eugene Seo is Managing Director, Data Centre at CapitaLand Investment (CLI). He oversees strategy and execution of the data centre business, and works closely with CLI’s listed funds and private funds on this specialised asset class.

Prior to CapitaLand, Eugene held several roles in investment and portfolio management at Ascendas-Singbridge (ASB).

Before joining ASB, he was Head of InfoComms & Media at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and responsible for industry development and investment promotion of Singapore’s digital services sector.

Eugene holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, USA and a Master of Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, USA.

Surajit Chatterjee is the Managing Director & Head, Data Centre, India at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for managing CLI’s data centre portfolio and optimising and expanding operations in India. He has been instrumental in setting up the Data Centre business for CapitaLand in India, establishing a strong foundation for its growth and success.

Surajit’s career spans over 26 years in the IT, telecommunications, and infrastructure industries, where he built deep domain expertise in data centre operations, managed services, and cloud computing.

Prior to joining CLI, he was associated with organisations like Sify Technologies, Tata Communications (ST Telemedia), Tulip Telecom, and HCL, where he was instrumental in conceptualising, developing, and rolling out innovative business models.

Surajit graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University, India. He attended the General Management Programme at IIM Indore and holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management (MBA) from AICTE, Delhi University, India.

Luke is Head, Europe Data Centre at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for managing and expanding CLI’s data centre business in the region.

In his role, Luke enables cloud and artificial intelligence providers to scale their data centre capacity sustainably by mobilising investor capital, real estate assets, power capacity, and advanced technology in partnership with communities and governments.

Prior to joining CLI, Luke held strategic roles leading European and global investment strategies, driving growth agendas, and managing merger and acquisitions initiatives within the digital infrastructure sector. He has extensive experience overseeing data centre portfolios that serve hyperscale clients, government departments, and large-scale public programmes.

Luke holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Finance from leading global universities and has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst programme.

Tommy Leung is General Manager, Data Centre (China) at CapitaLand Investment (CLI). He oversees data centre projects development including the design and construction of greenfield projects, as well as business development and operations in China. 

Prior to CLI, Tommy  was the Head of Data Centre China overseeing investment and operations at Ascendas-Singbridge (ASB).

Before joining ASB, he was Chief Operating Officer of DCS Co. He was previously the General Manager at China Newtech Technology and Wharf COL as well as Executive Director of Star Telecom Holdings.

Tommy holds a Master of Law in Chinese Law from the City University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration from University of Hull, United Kingdom.

Jay Khym is General Manager, Data Centre (Korea) at CapitaLand Investment (CLI). He is responsible for managing and expanding CLI’s data centre business in South Korea.

Jay brings more than 35 years of diverse experience in the global telecommunications, information and communication technology, and data centre industries. Before joining CLI, Jay was the Country Manager and Head of Digital Realty Korea.

He also managed his own consulting firm, Khym & Jay Global, specialising in the telecommunications and data centre markets. Prior to that, Jay was Regional Managing Director at AT&T APAC Wholesale.

Jay graduated with a Bachelor of English Language & Education from Korea University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Yonsei University, South Korea.

Ken Marron is the General Manager, Data Centre (Japan) at CapitaLand Investment (CLI). He is responsible for managing and expanding CLI’s data centre business in Japan.

Ken has been developing data centre strategies for investment banks, insurance companies and global media content providers in Japan for over 20 years, including holding country manager positions with NEXTDC and Yondr. Before moving to Japan in 2001, Ken spent 10 years with Takenaka Komuten in London.

While in Japan, Ken also expanded a real estate construction consultancy division at PTS Consulting, where he conducted site selection and due diligence on over 30 data centres in Asia Pacific. He has a keen interest is in real estate projects with challenging technology demands, including data centres dedicated to supporting car manufacturing robotic systems.

Ken majored in Construction/Architecture at Cork Institute of Technology.
