CapitaLand Investment (CLI) currently invests and manages a total of three office building assets in Japan, one in Tokyo and two in Yokohama. These office buildings have excellent locations, are within walking distance from subway stations, have high-quality interiors, and have environmentally friendly features.
In 2021, Orchid One, a private office fund for domestic Japanese investors, and CapitaLand Open End Real Estate Fund (COREF), a global core-plus fund, acquired three properties.
